You are spot on. It certainly appears that the locals here are either desperate or have no level of standards that they will pay crazy prices to see old, fat, ugly drugged out girls at some of the worst places the cops won't even go by themselves. Completely ridiculous would describe the scene in Roanoke. I simply do not think it is going to get better either.
