Well I could tell you to put Bad Ashley in the search box, but why waste the time? LOL About a week ago she posted an ad with the same pictures but listing her weight as 295 pounds (see current post #1204) and she was over 6 feet tall!

But whatever ad you respond to, it's still Bad Ashley. My advice is to just avoid her.

Have contacted her several times. She refuses to send a face pic. Also her rates change every time from 125/175/275 to lower & higher. Can't answer very simple questions. Also in her older pics she looked much different & very heavy.

Funny I just responded to a similar post under the SB thread on the Richmond board.

Just keep in mind, if you want privacy, be sure your not booking an in law suite, basement apartment, duplex, pool house or apartment above a garage where the owner also lives on site.

You need a major credit card to book and they probably want some way to verify your identity, in case of damage or theft.

Check in is 4 pm, out at 10 am. I really wanted to go this route with a previous SB in a resort town cause it was so cheap off season. The issue was our playtime window was 9 am to 4 or 5 pm.

What does she look like?

I didn't realize who we were talking about at first, but I've seen Aspen as well back around last summer. She's around 5 feet tall, probably 125 pounds, blonde, very tanned (like you can tell she's been in the sun a lot for a large portion of her life). I forget her age, but I think she was claiming to be around 31 at the time. She's not bad looking, but I remember thinking that she looked older than her age would imply. Not sure if that's just years in the sun or if the age is just a fake number. She has a few pics in the attachments section of her Avenue-x ad, but they are done in such a manner that it limits what you can see. Link to it is at the bottom of my post.

She's pleasant to be around, easy going, very chatty, and not a clock watcher. Pretty standard menu (no greek) and the head game was pretty solid (BBBJ). Been so long that I can't remember, but I think outcall was $250 for an hour. I'm familiar with the setup in concept only. It's basically like if you are going to be leaving town for a few days you can rent your place to people on a very short term basis. That portion of it is legit, but I have no idea about what the pricing side of it looks like. I would have expected it to be higher (and seems almost TGTBT as it is), but I guess if you are the person looking to rent the space then anything you get is better than nothing? I would assume there's some contractual stuff involved to protect your stuff if people damage it but again, no clue.
