There are so few good ones out there, and she's way better than just good, that it's a huge loss when one falls to the wayside.

One option would've been to stake out the parking lot and when she went somewhere, which she would eventually do, use your key to quickly raid her room and take her things hostage until she paid a $100 ransom. But you are more rational than I am so just take solace in the fact that she will miss that monthly $600-900+ more than you will miss that $100.
