To say the least the L code system is highly ineffective.

Maybe 49 post guy did make up L4. Let's run with that premise. But please explain how BBFS makes sense? If L2 is a BJ, wouldn't L3 be bbj by that logic? I think the first reply set the tone for the conversation. I would have led with, "Hey thanks for this review. Super informative and I can make a decision based on the review. " Then I would have gone with: "I have no idea what L4 means. Can you explain this one in clear terms? And just as an FYI, we have a lot of guys who try to get creative with the prices and everyone just gets confused. Dump the L4 and simply state what happened or could happen.
