Due to the huge crowd, forget about the City's free parking and shuttle; parking is very limited and You have to wait for hours for the vans. Just park off Beach Blvd and take the $2 OC bus #29 to the beach in front of the Hilton and Hyatt Regency. You can watch the show from a number of bars and cafes near the hotels, but it's much more exciting to see them up close on the beach.

Missing were the huge B-52 and C-5, lots of smaller jets, vintage prop planes and lots of drones.

Overall the flying was as beautiful and exciting as ever with the convenience of nearby parking. The fighter jets did some beautiful aerobatic and formation flying with the new jets doing interesting high speed and low speed maneuvering, tight turns at high speed with no more than 2,000 ft radius.

Marine aircrews were stationed near their planes to explain their systems. The city of Huntington Beach counts on traffic and parking tickets from this event to balance its little budget. It's easier to park on Beach Blvd near a bus stop then bus down or UBER down to the pier.
