Abe is the office manager. He speaks English. Try to work a deal in Pesos with him. They also prescribe and sell a package of an antibiotics and an opioid pain killer for about $20. Those meds were very harsh and probably unnecessary. I had no infection or pain. If you get infected buy some Azithromycin. If it hurts, buy some pain killers.
My lower jaw was numb for 2, 3 hours, but I was back in HK drinking, partying, screwing girls the same night hehe.

My primary care doctor told me not to buy dental insurance, which would send me to discount dentists who do crappy work. He said to go to Mexico, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines for major dental work like implants.
