Cruised P-Town again this afternoon (Wed). Drove a route that included parts of Mt Vernon, Broad St. and Chataqua from the river to London. Sure enough, on Commerce I passed what I think is the same WSW I saw a couple days ago. Thin, blonde with that homeless, strung out look. I looked at her and she waved, then did a 180 and watched me till I got around the corner. Traffic was very heavy along here. It must be the current route to the tunnel. Not a sign of LE. At the stop sign, the car in front of me let off a BSW. Mid 30s, very short hair. Could have been TV, but (s)he waved too when I looked. I crossed London on Mt Vernon and took High Str down to Confederate. Just after the turn on the lt side there's a WSW standing a little back off the road. 40s with red/brn hair. Looked pretty hard but she smiled and motioned to me. Looked like she had teeth anyway. I didn't really have time to stop but I might have if I did. Just wanted to drive the route and see what's out. The warmer weather has definately brought them out... but then I don't know, maybe they're always out on this side. The entire trip, maybe 30 or 45 mins, I didn't see one single LEO. The same time spent in OV would have seen 6 or 8. This was about 4 - 5 p.m. and rush hour traffic was pretty bad. I don't think I've ever seen any activity on OV at this same time of day. I always thought that with the increase in rush hour traffic, they just didn't last long enough on the street to spot.

That area is a haven. Its where i saw my first monger action. The only time its really dead is the early morning hours(1-5) which is strange because thats usually when SW action is at its peak. Late afternoon to the night is usually the best time. Even in the day time actually.

Following up on the advice from Stik, I cruised P-Town this afternoon. Checked Confederate to Turnpike, then a mile of Turnpike. Back to High St, then Virginia as far as it goes. There were lots of folks out 'cause the weather just cleared up, but no obvious SW. As I was heading out I took Commerce back to Mt. Vernon and passed one WSW between Chataqua and the RR tracks. She was thin, blond and looked to be somewhere between 20 and 40. Ratty looking clothes and waving at everything that passed. Too desperate looking for my taste, I passed. That whole area definately has the right look for those with a darker taste. Probably want to be extra careful if you come out here late at night. Corner of Mt Vernon and London is where I saw the MW waving at cars from the Traveler Inn.

Hey Stik,

Your post on Portsmouth brought back a memory. A while back when I was still new to the area, I was hopping the titty bars on GW and met up with a fella who was local and willing to show me around. He had knowledge but no $, I had a little money to blow so we hit it off. After spending all night in the bars getting horny he directed me to a housing (projects) area off High Street in P-Town. We pulled into the courtyard area and he called this big black guy over to the car. He says "Where the hoes at?" (No offense intended, just trying to be accurate) The guy asks if that's all we're interested in and he says yeah. I'm not at all comfortable with any of this, but there were 2 of us and we were half tanked. The black guy gets in my car and takes us couple of blocks to where there's 3 or 4 BSW on the porch of a house. This is maybe 3 a.m. He gets out and talks to them, they come over and get in the car. I give big dude $20 and he takes off. Told the girls I was interested in spending maybe $50. They laugh, that's plenty. We go 5 or 10 blocks to where they got this garage fixed up with cots, etc. We all had a good time for 50 bucks. I got BBBJ off one and standing doggie (with a cover, I wasn't THAT drunk) off another. I don't remember what they looked like, probably not good. I don't remember the house where we picked them up either. I wouldn't do that kind of thing again. I think we just got lucky and didn't get shot or something for our trouble. Hi,

I've been on this board for like a month and wanted to add my experiences in Portsmouth. If you are looking for BSW's try Confederate ave right off of high street and also Virginia Ave off of high street. Ive been frequenting that area for i guess a year now. LE is virtually non existent beeing thats its a bad part of a black neighborhood. Dont let the WAVY report fool you.

I've seen some there as early as 7am and as late as 2am. You can also try Commerce but usually Confederate is the better choice.

I was the guy who got the room in Richmond. I have been using this approach for many years, but you need to read my newest post on the Richond board about my New Years experience. I still will do it that way, but hey it's a scary world out there.

No matter where you transact business with a SW, you are almost always at risk, especially if you've never been with her before. That's in a car, her place or even a neutral place like another motel room you have .

There was a guy on the Richmond board who rented a room in a flea bag motel and paid a guy to find him some ladies. Said he had three or four.

As to posting a place where a lady is working. If she gives you permission, then let your consious be your guide. If she gets busted, then that is one of the things that comes with the job.

Posting an address makes life easier for the lady, as she is less visible on the street, thus less likely to be busted for soliciting or loitering.

A couple of down sides. Too much traffic to her location will draw attention and many motels don't want the added problems. Hookers are easier to bust than drug dealers.

One motel where I used to live had the sheriff come set up shop. They worked a deal with the girl and several guys were busted.

Also remember the ladies tend to move quiet often and you may get her room when you are ready to conduct some business. It's no fun having some horny monger, or drunk and horny, monger pounding on your door.

Hey All,

I drive through Port Norfolk (P-Town) sometimes on my way home and spotted a woman sitting outside a room at the Traveler Inn at London and Broad St. I was too far away to see much except she was white (rare in P-Town) but she spotted me looking and waved. I had to check for traffic but glanced back again and she waved again. Definately wanted me to stop. I've been down there before and there's usually lots of activity, even late at night. Lots of young black guys riding bikes between the motel and the housing place across the street (London Arms(?)). Looks like drug activity to me. Usually some guys sitting around in cars doing nothing. I'm a little leery of doing business with a woman working directly out of a motel room. Seems like a recipe for trouble.

What do you guys think of this kind of sit? Is it safe? Are there any special things to watch for? Any specific info on the Traveler Inn on London St. in Portsmouth?

One more thing. What's the proper etiquet for posting an address where a working girl is doing business. 'Tina' told me she takes walk ups before 3 pm but she's a sweet girl and I really don't want to be responsible for getting her busted.

I went to Jeff. Ave and OV last night between 11pm-2:30am.

I saw 2 BSWs on Jeff. Ave. One of them is tall skinny and the other one is fat and short. Man, what a combination there. Don't ask me about their look, I don't want to remember them.

OV is a little bit better. There are 2 BSWs and 1 WSW. They don't look that bad. However, the LE was REALLY HOT last night on that street. I played safe and didn't pick them up early. Around 1am, there was another white girl with white hat on. She looks better than the other 3, so I decided to pick her up. Well, I ask if she need a ride, she said "not really". Well, she walked on OV all night, but she is not SW. I don't know if any of you ran into that gal or know of her.

Found her over at ov, very good oral. Said her name was Teekay.

This happened Thursday night. LE was hot but just use side streets be careful.She was blond about 5'1. small frame and good attitude about a 5 at looks but turns into 6 with attitude.

WAVY just had another story on Prostitution in Portsmouth. They had video of a sting the police did. It was very informative of how the cops do things. There will be another story at 6pm. They also said they will have video of busted johns on Fox 43 at ten tonight. If you have ever cruised P-Town the girls who were busted looked very familiar.

Went on a little recon mission through Portsmouth tonight (11/12), just a wee bit after dark for a couple of hours.

I checked out Commerce and adjacent streets.

Saw one BSW, who was picked up immediately. Walking north on Mt Vernon, in block south of Commerce.

There was lots of people active around the Traveler' Inn.

Nothing else going on in that area. Drove back down 17 and east on Military Highway past the hotels on the north side, before you get to Battlefield. No obvious action.

Will check out Ocean View in a couple of days.

This is from friend that is 100% reliable. Do not go shopping in Portsmouth on Friday night. WAVY-TV will be back out there shooting video. I was told they would be out in the evening to late night.

I took a look at the article on WAVY.COM, as it is now "old news", you will need to use their search engine to find it.

Port Norfolk is the area constantly mentioned in the P-Town posts. More the line of Virginia than Confederate, though they are just across the stree from each other.

Take care out there. The reporter "supposedly" got maced by a 17 year old transvestite hooker while filming his report.

The King posted the text of a Daily Press article on P-Town in early May. same stuff here.

One of the last times I went through P-town, I spotted a possible at a 7-11 in the area. She didn't look too bad until I got closer. Then I saw she had enough tracks on her arm to build a railroad.
