I'm new to the forum. Just thought I would pass on some information.

Portsmouth has been dead recently in large part due to LE. Many of the ladies working Confederate had been working out of a garage on one of the side streets. It appears to have been shut down. Some of that action has moved over to Virginia Ave and the side street between it and Broad St. but, that is pretty hit and miss.

Based on a suggestion from an earlier post I did cruise the side streets along Elm north of Portsmouth Blvd. I did see some possibles but was not comfortable with the area yet so I just passed on by.

I will post more later if I have any success.

I've never cruised the Lafeyette area is there anything out there worth it.I live in the area and have never seen anything. As far as P-town goes where are all the women?

Tried there a couple time and I've come up goose-egg.Any info will be appreciated.

Got a request for some Neptune fest eye candy shots. So here are a few. Still not as good as Capt JB's, but still, these were all outside and none of these ladies, I repeat, NONE, are working, at least that I am aware of.

I wanted to follow the pointers and see where they led on this one.

We all have heard how repressive VB can be. I don't get over there all that often, but I did do the Neptune festivel today. Like the Hampton Bay Days, lots and lots of eye candy. But this is the repressiveness of VB, so here's a shot of a sign posted as you start into the waterfront, tourist area of the the beach.

Cruised OV a few nights ago ran into a BSW by the name of Tiajuana (Go Figure) for .25 got BBBJCIM. Not too bad lots of slurp and she licked the twins cause she wanted to. But be careful she talks way too much! She lurks around the Echono Lodge.

OV has an abundance of TV's becareful!! There're usually out in the early hours of the morning while it's still dark.

On better notes!! I ran into a BSW a few days ago and about 5 in the face 8 in body late 20's.Very nice breasts, talked to her got her number and may call her soon to see how she test drives.

Be carefull out there LE can be pretty hot from 10:00 to about 1:00 AM.

New to this, bear with the newbie. OV has had a lot of SW on it at pretty much all hours.Three nights ago there was this HSW, real pretty kind of like hiding out on the corner.She stayed there for at least an hour right across the street from the Community park. Didn't take cause she looked like LE.There was also this 6 ft tall BSW with very big breast walking back and forth on her cell phone was a little rude too.

Watching channel 3 news this morning. Portsmouth did a sting on Confederate last night. They got thirty 'johns' for engaging or soliciting "prostitution'. The link is to a Pilot story.

Seems the "neighbors" along Confederate have been complaining and Portsmouth reacted.

Hope none of you were amongst the thirty.

As always becareful out there.

Some tips I've garnished from other lists and just general common sense.

1. Be aware of your surroundings. Especially if you're after street ladies. If you miss a date by looking for strange vehicles sitting near by, well I'd rather be horny than horny in jail. This point comes up a couple of more times. That's why I think it's number one.

2. If you find a girl and she won't get into your vehicle, don't talk to her beyond saying good bye. LE typically won't get into a vehicle. Officer safety is paramount. If you insist on talking and she suggests meeting in her room or around the corner. Leave, play it safe.

3. If you see a 'new' lady that is too good to be true for the area, you're probably right. Follow number 1 and 2.

4. Keep track of previous news reports about prostitution complaints. Figure, especially in an election year, that LE will respond to John Q. Public.

5. Becareful what you say to a questionable lady. I personnaly enjoy watching COPS, especially the sting operations. Some of the conversations seem awfully close to entrapment, but the John still got busted. It seems that even if the UCLE (undercover LE) offers both sex for money and YOU agree to it, you've solicitated. This is a matter for the lawyers and courts to figure out. At that point, it is too late, you've been busted.

6. If you're mongering, make sure your vehicle doesn't have any burned out lights, cracked windows, etc. Wear your seatbelt, use turn signals and generally don't give LE a reason, other than they don't like you cruising known prostitution areas, to pull you over. Cutting across traffic and slamming on your brakes in front of traffic to try and get a lady isn't going to win you any friends and is an LE magnet. Causing an accident is guaranteed to bring LE. And I don't think "Well officer I was after this working girl and didn't see the car next to me." is going to go over very well. If you don't say it, the other person probably will.

7. If you pick up a lady, leave the area immediately. Don't give LE or her friends a chance to get to you. As with number 1, watch to see if anyone got your plate number. If so, when you drop your date off, do it around the corner from her desired spot. Try to avoid public sex. That's just one more charge if you get caught. If you have to do the deed in the car, again watch your surroundings. There are lots and lots of surveillance cameras out there today. Don't go give some security guard a cheap show.

8. If you pick up a lady, make sure any thing you don't want missing is secured. This includes valuables, papers, mail, and your wallet. Don't carry anything more than you can afford to lose. No credit or bank cards. But don't leave your drivers license and proof of insurance at home.

9. Don't go to a room or house with a lady you don't know or don't fully trust. No telling who might be there. LE may be running a sting in a motel room or she may have a big boy friend waiting for you.

10. Above all, think with your big head and not the little one. Remember that in most cases when you go out mongering, you are in different world. The girls, pimps, pushers, and cops know the streets and this is what they do for a living. We're just visitors.

I just heard on Wavy news at 11 that there was a major prostitution bust in Portsmouth around Confederate with at least 30 arrests. Stay tuned for more info.

Cruised around Portsmouth and didn't any new or special. There was alot of police activity. There seemed to be a cop car rounding every corner. I got the willies and headed home. I took a picture of a bad situation for one guy.

Met a BSW around 9 pm at the BP station off High & Confederate. Actually she pursued me. I had pulled in the station waiting on another BSW I had saw on High St to pass by. When I got out the car to get some change for negotiating, this chick was walking right by gas station. She was talking to some fellas in another vehicle, but I guess didn't work. Walked back by me and asked for the customary "ride" I obliged and the usual small talk followed with her hinting she wanted to make a little money. Said her name was Tasha. Got fs for .25. Rate her about 7 body, 6 looks, & 5 service, but woudln't mind seeing again. She was wearing blue jean skirt with white top. Even in the rain, there was at least 3 other girls working at the time.
