FYI. Looks like Cookie has, not surprisingly, become extremely popular. Stopped in, another monger had made an appointment with her but was told he had to wait as she was busy so he left. I got a fugly so I left. Moral of the story is appointment was not honored, no big surprise, so don't make them. I felt bad for the guy as he seemed disappointed but maybe just pissed that his time was wasted.
