I was in the same boat. They didn't accept my information, but didn't even really explain. I just know from other friends who are in that they try to match you against some online data. My Id doesn't really match the addresses I'm associated with, nor does my phone number (even real personal) show much.

I sent them everything by email and they replied. However they wanted me to text them from a number that shows up in background search in Google or whatever they use but I no longer have access to that number and I have new number. They didn't accept the new number. So they asked me to send a photo of me holding my DL. I thought that was too much risk because up until that point if information leaks or whatever you can always deny it and say identity theft or something. But with your picture of your face and DL together well there is no denying that. And I'm professional etc with big job etc. So way too much risk. I asked them to at least allow me to show up and have the girl verify me it's really me or turn me away. They didn't want that. So I guess I'm not able to use them until Google decides to link my new number to me. Idk how that works because I have another number that I've had for 25 years and when you research it still doesn't show me attached to it, LOL.

Anyway, good luck to you and all of you and your risk tolerance of getting exposed if anything goes wrong. If I was living a careless single life I wouldn't care either but some of us have real lives to keep.

Would love some guidance. I decided to finally request verification from AC. I've read posts on here from folks who submit docs and then never hear back. That's a bit unnerving to think I might send my personal information and photos to a mailbox and not even know if it will be looked at. So I emailed AC to confirm that they are still accepting new clients. This was a couple days ago and there hasn't been a response. I tried a follow up to their Telegram and they haven't opened that message.
