II would almost think that there are 2 different Olivias getting mixed up. The Olivia I saw at MA did have long jet black hair and her english is not very good but that is about where the similarities ended. This is going back about half a year or so, but I called up to see if they had anyone at their NW Chicago location. Only one was Jessica (if I'm remembering correctly.
