Actually, it would be strange if it was a policy thing, but only involved one website. I'm too tired to test more right now.

Perhaps others here can test this out.

Per my testing right now, connection with https://youwannseeme.is/wp fail over all of: Verizon LTE (phone data), T-Mobile LTE (phone data), and T-Mobile 5G Home Internet.

Connections work fine on all 3 as soon as a VPN is used.

I'm virtually certain that I did not need VPN to connect to https://youwannseeme.is/wp in early March of this year, though it's not impossible. I used to use routinely use VPN to come here because this server doesn't run https, just http which is unencrypted. But I had stopped bothering with it, and I'm pretty sure I did that well before March. Maybe it's time to go back to that.

I suppose this could be some sort of internet routing issue, but I strongly doubt it - I've become highly suspicious of "coincidences" lately,
