My advise is save up to at least $350. At that price range you are guaranteed an incall, an actual attractive girl, msog, and bonus bbjcim and lfk / dfk. It's the basic GFE package. If you have the time and patience to wade through the BS there are girls to be had at your price point and less (free) on seeking arrangements. And for the most part they are closer to dates than timed encounters so you should be able to work in multiple pops and hours if you want.
