I notice a lot of these ads list random webcam in the table with information on the provider. Unless it's a known escort or local AMP, I ignore, especially those that list specific services that could be construed as illegal acts.

That number is associated with IRS scammers. If you call them, you'll be adding your number to the list of intended victims. Sure, you'll know it's a scam call. But, you'll be getting all kinds of scammers calling you at all hours.
