It's notable that as of today (May 14), the current Honolulu advertisement on CityXGuide for this so-called provider is marked "CityXGuide Verified". Maybe being "CityXGuide Verified" doesn't really mean very much.

Red flag 1: Pictures are recycled! They are in other ads too.

Honolulu is so right, here. I spent so much TOFTT $$ in this learning curve. You don't have to be a jerk about it, be respectful but firm when you know you are getting screwed over.
