Hey TL,

I am writing from Florida but have been visiting SLC quite often lately for business and I have to agree with what you are saying. There have been many times that I am out on the strolls and have seen other mongers so overly aggresive to the point of being blatantly obvious. Granted, these incidences involved street gals, but if they were innocent "civilians" I can see how they would feel.

On a side note, last time I was in SLC, I had lots of luck with the chat lines....

Fellow mongers...

Have been traveling for a while (where the girls can be found easily on certain lists on-line...yeah) and am catching up on some posts. I think we've all seen that since the news did a story on SWs the activity has taken a nose dive. One thing that strikes me from this board is that we are quick to put the blame squarely on the shoulders of the media. If there are women scared to walk some specific streets in town, it's not due to there being providers... it's because mongers are being overly aggressive. Let's be honest, when's the last time one had to put a lot of effort into getting a provider in the car when it was the provider's intention to get in one in the first place? Two drive-bys, eye contact and pull around the corner and the deal is done... right? My point is, we've helped create the situation we're currently experiencing (i.e. no providers on the street). My guess is the LE wouldn't do much if our activity didn't draw attention or create a nuisance for others. So... when things get back to normal, be careful and turn down the aggressiveness used to find our fun. Also, let's be better about getting digits and (with permission of the provider) sharing them so in times like this we can still have some good times.

That said, I have a couple numbers of people offering their services from the telephone chat system I've mentioned before. I'll try and see if they would allow me to share. I've been too chicken to try these folks myself but since the street action is dead, my hormones may over rule my sense of fear.

There are NO AMPS in the entire state of Utah. The closest you will even get is if you reply to an ad in the local City Weekly paper and I don't even trust them. You may try modeling or escort services but again I don't trust them plus they're way way expensive for such a short timed trist. Girls are around on the street who can give a massage of much variety. Be patient and I'm so glad we have no AMP's because they in general from my own numerous experience with them are RIPOFFS. Over 100 AMP's and really only had a satisfying experience about 5 times. Only to get a handjob most of the time after paying $150, god I must be crazy!

On Christmas eve I was driving in WVC on that street from the mall to Granger High, and I passed a chubby hispanic girl in a light blue coat that gave me good eye contact and a big smile. I was last minute shopping and did not have time to check it out, but was wondering has anyone hooked up around there before? She may have just had christmas cheer, but I think she was working.

I'm from FLA and in town for business. Havent seen much either. Been doing the loop and have on seen one blonde....standing with no coat. Saw her a few days later talking to herself. She wasnt very appetizing so I kept on trolling. Was out last night, but so was Uncle LEO. I mean a lot of Uncle LEO. Was headed back to the hotel when I saw a possible getting into andother car.......My guess is the cold is a bit much for them....

Personally I HATE the media, especially all local media stations in the area of SLC. They are like maggots feeding on anything and everything they can get their nasty privacy-busting teeth on. As far as the KSL PRODUCER goes she/KSL should be cited themselves for false pretense of solicitation or meandering. She/KSL have no right to complain to L.E. when she/he is PRODUCING the effects which came as a result of her blatant attempts to LURE people into doing something legal or illegal for that matter. It's blatantly wrong and I have a notion of taking this matter to the ACLU who has the balls to stand up to idiotic behavior and antics of media types and their self grandiose philopathic ways. Each time I see one of those reporters standing doing a story or satellite vans running around I yell MAGGOT!

Last night on the KSL news they had a reporter decoy on state and she said that she was approched 15 times in 3 hrs by mongers, and said that ordinary women on state are getting approched all the time and are tired of it. Anyway at the end she went to the LE and put pressure on them. Their answer was to turn up the heat and have undercover stings soon. Be careful

There was a news coverage on Channel 5 News tonight (11/22) called "Running Scared" focusing on prostitutes in SLC. I only catched the last 30 seconds of the report unfortunately, but I caught the reporter saying that the LE are going to be organizing a bunch of stings to catch the local johns in the area. I think the reporter was standing out by 17th south area (State St McDonalds visible in the background), but I'm not sure. Did anybody else catch this on the news that can verify what was said?

It sounds like Salt Lake is only going to get worse and worse with the LE going full force. Watch out guys, we can expect to see some traps set up in our favorite stomping grounds around State St. For all we know half the users on the Salt Lake forum might be LE. We're all too open with information around here.

Being out all the time and you know there really is a lot of action people aren't aware of in SLC. There's not a night I can't find a SW somewhere or another.
