From my experience, that side of town is pretty barren. Some talent at the old Chimney but they have bad habits (lots of candy, setups, etc). Your best bet is going to be Steph and / or Riley on the north end of town. I've heard good things about a Marissa but I have not partaken because th grandma living arrangement kind of throws me off.
