I don't necessarily disagree with you, other than the desperate part. Bad service by the location for a well-reviewed provider, I think that I was more forgiving of the bad service because of the plethora of good reviews here. Rang doorbell and was greeted at door by Anna (I should have left.) A 50 ish K. D. Lang looking granny.
