So I went to Pacifico recently. Middle aged woman definitely Latina. She doesn't speak English that well but it's enough to understand her. Looks are about 5/10 service was 7/10. Had her in a couple of positions and wasn't clock watching or rushing either. She said more girls work there but I didn't see anyone else. Shower is included. Think this place is new stopped by last week literally like a 2 min walk from Broadway spa next to a pizza shop. I think any provider giving BBBJ has a 99% chance of providing L3. Might be 98%. Excluding time of month visits. Whether or not it's worth it depends on you and how well you vibe with her. It's been a while for me but to answer your question in this specific scenario, yes and yes. This was a few years back and rates were lower then, so worth might change your idea of value these days.
