So. I went back this morning to have more fun and the building was closed. No lights on. Doors shut. A handwritten note on the door with Chinese text and then "under maintaining" and "please call" up. I think your best bet would be going to a more independent provider, which would cost most. Somebody on trust, for example, who is listed under FBSM. With them, it would probably not be too weird to ask about a couples massage.
