I went twice (finding Latinas in Chicago is hard) and it was enough for me to know to never go back. There's nothing inherently wrong with the service, the girls are about as enthusiastic there as they are at BHC / Orange. Good price for the hour and MSOG.

The issue is that the place is truly disgusting. The floor is sticky, the bathroom is disgusting, the rooms are small and muggy. I saw an old comment joking that a roach may walk into your shoe while you're busy, which is completely believable. You walk into a tiny kitchen and living room with a few foldable chairs. The two times I went nobody was there, so you're not likely to join a crowd. I went in the late afternoon on a weekend which at the other spas is usually chaotic.

I tend to head early as they open I know some mongers don't have the time but girls are fresh and ready to make some money. That has been fairly disclosed before. And while we are at the topic of transparency, the new Kedzie Spa that is opening soon will also be. It's only a matter of when, not if, when Anne will be working at the new spa too.

3 strategic reasons. 1) some guys don't go to apartment. They can go see the girls at the spa 2) for guys who go to both apartment and spa, if they like a girl it gives them more opportunities to repeat before she leaves 3) most if not all of apartment girls come from either NY or LA. An apartment rotation is 10 days only. It's a long way to travel. So having spas that would allow the girls to work more than 10 days is a very appealing option for girls. It helps with recruiting. PD booker nowadays is very picky on her girl selection. She is turning down quite a few less desirable girls.
