Just curious, for the worldly traveler; in this day and age of technology, how do you track currency? Example, say you want to get the best bang for your buck, knowing what the United States dollars is, compared to say the Philippines pesos. Do you use a web site? It depends on how foreign you look and your level of Japanese. Your options are limited to foreigner services only. Check out tokyoadultguide, they have tons of threads for sexpats in Japan, although in Tokyo area it's mostly call girl service.

I don't recommend Yoshiwara if you can't speak Japanese, they don't allow most foreigners, and if they do they give you the D class girls at 1. 5 x the price.

Thank you all for your previous report, I trekked through the snow tonight and was able to find this place easily with google and I cannot recommend this place enough. The only problem is the price is steep for QV, but the quality of girls are top notch.

Singapore is awesome for sex as it is legal there, geylang is what you are referring to, it is in Chinatown, you will find a bunch of houses with I guess a red light outside and are something that identifies it as a brothel or massage house.
