The Japanese Fuzoku (sex industry) is highly highly regulated. The minimum age for workers is 21 years old. Japanese girls look young, and my advertise as high schoolers, but all legal workers are 21. Those who work in unlicensed establishments are likely non citizens or non greencard, non work visa providers. The police in Japan aggressively go after unlicensed sex establishments so they don't last too long.

Tokyo Hentai is a good place to start if you don't speak in Japanese or are new to the fuzoku industry. Not all of the providers at Tokyo Hentai are pure ethnic Japanese. Many are part Japanese or are foreigners with work visas. There are better places to go, but you'll need to be able to navigate the system and be comfortable getting around in Japan. One of the quirky issues surrounding the Fuzoku industry is full service for money is strictly prohibited. Only in the soap businesses is full service guaranteed. Escort and massage businesses will not openly discuss it. If you ask, you will be shown the door. What happens behind closed doors and one on one with a provider is YMMV. If offered it will require an extra fee. A girl does risk getting fired if found out offering FS by her employer so it is very YMMV.

The best sources for non Japanese speakers are the Tokyo adult guide and Tokyo night style. Both are Tokyo centric, but have info on other cities. Aside from maybe Osaka, other cities are not really foreigner friendly. In post Covid Japan, I'm uncertain how many options are available to the non Japanese. TAG and TNS are helpful in that regard.

I had zero problems getting into Tobita establishments as a foreigner. I'm fact, they all would try to get me to go into their stall. Whichever girl I chose, I paid mama and straight upstairs. Not necessarily. I've been to Tobita too (circa. 2018) and went in with 3 gals all on different days. However, possible but not that easy if you're not local.

I've only been to Matsushima Shinchi once but when I was chatting with my girl, she said lots of foreigners come there. It's definitely more chill than Tobita Shinchi. I would recommend Matsushima as being more foreigner friendly. You still need to have some communication skills no matter where in Japan you go.

Kabukicho is just a rip-off and I would avoid unless you're either going to meet an independent, arranged a deriheru, or just want to walk around. Got a few good restaurants in there too.

Well that's the thing, don't know much on where to go. Been to shinjuko once, places hard to locate that foreigner friendly. Everything would be open for discussion since my only time in Japan was on a cruise. Probably the experienced can lead, since intentions be the same. Just a bunch oh horny guys going to have fun. The few places I did happen to find was heaven but finding someone to help was no easy task.

If you're in Tokyo area you can go to yoshiwara which has many soap lands that accept foreign men. It is always too far for me since I'm usually south of Tokyo. So I go to Kanagawa.
