I hate to be the stereotypical negative Boston sports fan but I'm not sold on Mac Jones. He has a very below average arm. Even with all the great attributes he has (intelligence, anticipation, maturity) that arm gives him a low ceiling. People are all excited like we found the next Tom but Tom has all those attributes plus a great arm. His arm is still great. It's not like it was ever bad. Tom had a much stronger arm even as a rookie. And I know it's not a fair comparison for a rookie QB but the truth is he plays in NewEngland. It's cold, winding, rainy, snowy etc. You need a strong arm in this league period but never mind in all the elements. I say we trade Mac for fellow monger Deshawn Watson. Bill could school him on getting rid of the ball quicker and Kraft could school him on better MP etiquette. It would be a win win.

Rondo was a loser when he was the Celtics. They become bigger assholes as they mature in the league.

Rondo is Kyrie II but the smarter and more devious version

If Tampa had won Game 4 to take the series back to Tampa, do they trot out Tom Brady to throw out the first pitch for Game 5? Only The Watcher knows.

I'm not sure if Udoka going to make a good coach here but I think first and foremost the team should hire a renown PI firm, like Pinkerton something or other to see if he ever offended anyone by looking at them funny let alone doing anything else. He used to play in Nigeria, I wonder if there is a local girl there that Udoka tried to kiss before eliciting her clearly expressed verbal consent? Do we really want a potential rapist as our Celts coach?

I wonder if looking at all this Udoka is rethinking it; after all they haven't announced him quite yet.

The Celtics big 3 (Garnett, Pierce, Allen) were the result of trades made by Danny Ainge. Celtics already had Paul Pierce. He traded a lottery pick for Ray Allen. Then traded Al Jefferson and players for Garnett. I have no problem with GMs doing their jobs and making great moves. I am referring more to players like Lebron who think they are GMs working with other star free agents to figure out where they will end up together. The fact that Pat Reilly won GM of the year in Miami was laughable. It should have gone to Lebron.
