+ 1. Sad sad sad day. Saw him at the Garden beating our Big 3 by 2 in (double?) OT. What a game it was despite our loss. Three Celts would hang on Kobe's shoulders and he'd still manage to hit the basket. I wonder if Paul Pierce would speak at the funeral. Those two've been friends forever.

I am not sure that he will make it through the NBA grind. At 285 lbs and 6'6, he is the third heaviest player in the NBA already. His game puts too much pressure on his legs and body to last long. He is a Charles Barkley type, but I think Charles was not as heavy as that in coming into the league.

The Pelicans should try to get him to lose some weight for his own good, even though he doesn't look like he's carrying much fat.
That was a WILD GAME!. I was watching, thinking Zion needs more time, then he goes OFF in the 4th quarter. Then, of course, the minute restrictions come in. In due time, hes going to be a hell of a problem for opposing teams. How about them Celtics?. Still, a long way to go though!.

This was inevitable, unavoidable but still a damn shame. Cora was the perfect manager for the '18 club, this has the potential to lead to some pretty lean years for the Sox, but again, unavoidable.

    Henry is a beast.

Henry is 6'4, 250, and faster than fast. I hope its a game against KC, but I'm just not sure that Titans defense will be able to slow down KC's offense. I hope that they can make a game of it, but its critical that Titans score first, otherwise its off to the races by KC. I'd like to see Vrabel and Jimmy G fight it out in the SB.

Cora is gone. Its just a formality of Red Sox waiting on MLB to hand out the penalties. Cora is sure to be suspended, and the Red Sox will then fire him, much the same as Houston did with their General Mgr & Mgr.

With that said, teams will continue to steal signs, and the opponent will continue to change their signs as needed. Not as much of a big deal as media portrays, because the media doesn't understand the limited advantage that it gains for the teams violating the rules.

    1. Figure out the signs.

    2. Communicate the information to batter somehow, before pitcher throws ball.

    3. Hope the batter understood the communication, and hope that the pitcher & catcher still using the same signs.

    4. Hope the batter can actually use the information to his advantage, and it doesn't screw him up. Waiting on fastball!!!!!

    5. Opponent realizes batter knew what pitch was, before it was thrown, opponent changes signs.

    5. Much ado about nothing.

You know I just thought of something interesting if I'd be Tom and if I realized that I can't return here I'd go to Denver. Good team, unsteady situation with the QB, and Elway for manager. Better then most situations I'd say.
Can we add that Joe Flacco will make 24 million this year. LOL.

The man has brought this franchise soooooo much joy and pain that it would be incredibly disrespectful to not pay him what he is deserved. Obviously, look at all the other QB getting top dollar in the NFL:

    1. Seahawks QB Russell Wilson: $35 million.

    2. Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger: $34 million.

    3. Packers QB Aaron Rodgers: $33.5 million.

    4. Eagles QB Carson Wentz: $32 million.

    5. Falcons QB Matt Ryan: $30 million.

    6. Vikings QB Kirk Cousins: $28 million.

    7. 49 ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo: $27.5 million.

    8. Lions QB Matthew Stafford: $27 million.

    9. Raiders QB Derek Carr: $25 million.

    10. Saints QB Drew Brees: $25 million.

Nowhere on that list is Tom, the man who has brought six fucking Superbowls to New England and Mr. Kraft and Bill aren't going to pay him what he's deserved?. Man, I can't wait to see how all this will pan out. Tom will be a free agent in March. Also, there are a lot of other players for NE who'll either be gone or coming back. The Patriots have a lot of off-season work to do. Josh McDaniels as well!.
