I miss CT's. I had some of the best / wildest nights of my life there. I cannot imagine that there will be anything that fun again. 15th Ave is not the same. That place caters to couples and swinging more than gangbangs and gloryhole action. Some nights the staff is rude. Other nights the couples are rude. Many nights the single guys are rude. It's still an ok place but it will never top CT's.

It's hard to imagine that there would be a better city than Gary, IN for a place like CT's. Gary is a bit of a ghost town and CT's was located in a place that was on the outskirts of what was already a ghost town. Why should it matter to anyone what adults do with their free time in a place like that as long as everyone is of legal age, consenting, and there are no drugs. The librarians were awesome but they probably attracted unwanted attention to the place. But even that, those librarians all seemed to be consenting to work that job, and all that arguments about street prostitution like pimps and drug addiction can't be said about those librarians. They were not being "trafficked," they were all there by their own will and consenting. It's 2018. Sex crackdowns are only suppose to happen in place like Afghanistan, which I believe is what many of these people want.

So, if not in Gary, IN then some place more deserted? What is more deserted than Gary, IN? I feel like the Taliban are going to get you either way because they hate sex. But if CT's did re-open, it would have to be tucked away like 15th Ave. That operates in an industrial park, away from anything family oriented. Gary was always too far for me so I'd say. 1.) Somewhere close to the Tri-State area so people from IN, IL, WI, and even MI can get there. 2.) Tucked away in an industrial park on the outskirts of a town 3.) Set strict rules about age and what substances people bring in so those issues don't arise 4.) CT's was small, cramped, only had 1 table, there would need to be more room so everyone is not on top of each other. 5.) This sucks, but you'd probably need to do away with the concept of the librarians / dancers. If all those stipulations were met then I can maybe, maybe, maybe, see how a place like this could exist in some areas. The theaters in Oregon and Hartford seem to do well. I'd think that a place like Rockford, IL, Waukegan, IL, Joliet, IL, Racine, WI. I don't know NW Indiana too well, but that seemed to not work.

Thanks for the thoughts and ideas, they make a lot of sense and improvement. I drive a truck for a living and have for 54 years so I am looking to retire and get off the road. I am looking for a abandoned factory building or similar that is 2-3 stories tall. It could probably be bought cheap and with multiple floors it could allow for different activities per floor such as meeting rooms, personal activities room, and group sessions. As I drive throughout the area I will keep my eyes open, any info and ideas are welcomed. I would like to see CT's rise again.

A lot or people had good times at CT's and it is a shame that it is closed. I looked into what the asking price is to purchase that old rundown building and the small property that goes with it. They have dropped the price-dropped the price- down to $220,000. Maybe because the location is near the airport and the land is valuable, I don't know, I am a truck driver not a real estate investor. For a lot less money a new sight could be found and a new, more conducive to parties, building could be built. I have talked to some of the former dancers and patrons and they are all eager to come back. Where would be a good location to re-locate to. Near a highway so out of towners can get there, away from Gary and LEO and associated BS, any thoughts and ideas? I want to party again, let's re-build. Any ideas will be appreciated.
