What is the most private and secure burner app. For I-Phone?

Have purchased various PP Debit / Gift Cards on several occasions at Walmart.

Currently trying to use two different PP Walmart vanilla gift CRDS to.

Try a site called FLIRT?

Have not been able to find a PP card that FLIRT will accept for VISA or Master card.

Occasionally this happens with a PP loaded gift card on SA as well and I have to email the company.
