Posts: 2It is common for a gentleman to have trouble getting a boner when there is not enough blood flowing to his penis. Therefore, it is helpful when there is a medicine that ensures blood can flow better in your penis.

I take magnesium every day. I prefer to take smaller doses a few times a day. Magnesium can cause diarrhea as a side effect. My method seems to reduce that. I also use it in the form of magnesium glycinate since it causes less diarrhea than other forms. People who get constipation might find that magnesium gives them relief.
I only take zinc and vitamin D intermittently when my muscle cramping is less problematic. I believe I could benefit from more but I'm unable to take it at this time. Removing excess calcium from the arteries with vitamin K2 and magnesium (and zinc?) improves my ability to get an erection. However, it doesn't help to maintain it. Vitamin D helps with that. Vitamin D is also fat soluble and stored in the liver, so once levels are increased sufficiently, it wouldn't be necessary to take it regularly.

Posts: 118Can you share the K2 that worked for you? So if I understood it right, you take K2 and Magnesium regularly and Zine & D as needed, correct?

Prior to taking vitamin K2 supplements I took vitamin D3 supplements and they worked. My ability to maintain an erection improved. I had to quit taking D3 because I began getting chest pain and numbness in my left arm. Magnesium supplements temporarily suppressed the symptoms but didn't make any long term change. Then I took synthetically produced vitamin K2 MK-4 supplements. They didn't make any difference. Much later I decided to try the K2 MK-7 supplements that are made from fermentation using Natto bacteria. Within weeks I noticed less plaque on my teeth. Months later I had less chest pain and I began to notice my morning wood began to return. As time went by my spontaneous erections returned. I have continued to improve over the years since.
One side effect has been an increase in muscle cramps. I take magnesium supplements to control that. Vitamin D3 makes the muscle cramps worse. Suntanning does the same thing. Using the amount of plaque on my teeth as a guide, I also find that zinc supplements help with the decalcification process. I find that when I take zinc my teeth feel smoother and cleaner. However, this also increases the muscle cramps, so I'm limited on how much zinc or vitamin D I can take.

Posts: 118This is my personal experience. I used watch porn and mastrubate daily. Two months ago I stopped that habit. Now ejaculation is only through penetrative sex 3 to 4 times a week. And I started taking regular one-a-day multi vitamin and Vitamin-D (because the doc said I have deficiency).
My ED has improved. I get more regular morning wood, few times a week vs may be once or twice in 3 months before the change. I used to take 50 mg Sildenafil but it is more than what I need. I'm thinking to try to cut down to 25 mg and see how it works.
Again just sharing my personal experience.

"Vitamin K1, or phylloquinone, is preferentially used by the liver to activate blood-clotting proteins to allow for coagulation, so you don't bleed to death from a simple cut on your finger. Vitamin K2, or menaquinone, functions to ensure that calcium is deposited where it should be, such as in your bones, cartilage, and teeth, and not in the soft tissues, such as your arteries, kidneys, and breast tissue".
"Although vitamin K2 (MK-4) is found in animal fat, including egg yolk and cheeses, we really don't get much vitamin K2 from our foods. With no measurable rise in MK-4 from supplementation, you can bet there is no measurable rise in serum MK-4 levels from what most of us eat. Without supplementation, vitamin K2 (MK-4) in our body comes from conversion of vitamin K1, which is obtained from green leafy vegetables. As mentioned earlier, unless you are eating natto soy regularly, you not getting MK-7 in your diet. This leaves us with supplementation as the most effective means to obtain and maintain consistent vitamin K2 blood levels and benefits".
I disagree with part of the last paragraph. I ate huge amounts of green leafy vegetables and still suffered from K2 deficiency. I did not eat animal fats. I believe the K2 MK4 supplements are not bio-identical with the MK4 found in food. Had they measured MK4 levels after eating foods rich in it, like high vitamin butter oil, goose fat or emu oil, the outcome would have been different. I can confirm though, that the K2 MK-7 supplements did work, whereas the MK-4 supplements did not work.

"Your body can partly convert vitamin K1 to K2. However, current evidence indicates that the conversion process is inefficient. Vitamin K2 is mainly found in certain animal and fermented foods, which most people don't eat much of. Rich animal sources include high-fat dairy products from grass-fed cows, egg yolks (from free range chickens), as well as liver and other organ meats".

"The Rotterdam study found that in men followed for more than 15 years, the highest intake of vitamin K2 was associated with lower risks of severe aortic calcification, cardiovascular disease, and cardiovascular disease mortality. Vitamin K1 content, however, had no association with heart disease risk, despite its intake being 10 times greater than that of K2. Animals do have the ability to convert vitamin K1 to vitamin K2 MK-4, but the conversion rates vary widely. In humans, the conversion rate is relatively unknown".
"Vitamins A and D are both activated by vitamin K2, allowing them to bind calcium to do their jobs. Weston A. Price in the 1940's was the first to discover the synergy of these three vitamins, although at the time he referred to vitamin K2 as "Activator X," since its true identity was unknown until 2007. He used a combination of cod liver oil, rich in vitamins A and D, and butter oil, rich in vitamin K2, to treat a variety of modern diseases. Magnesium intake is also important. Vitamins A and D induce gene expression, which is dependent on magnesium. Because processed foods contain very little, if any, magnesium, many people are deficient".

"Vitamin D can't be metabolized without sufficient magnesium levels, meaning Vitamin D remains stored and inactive for as many as 50 percent of Americans. In addition, Vitamin D supplements can increase a person's calcium and phosphate levels even while they remain Vitamin D deficient. People may suffer from vascular calcification if their magnesium levels aren't high enough to prevent the complication".

"Erectile dysfunction (ED) is common in older men with chronic kidney disease. Magnesium is essential for metabolism of nitric oxide which helps in penile erection. Hypomagnesemia is defined as serum magnesium <1.8 mg / dL. Our data support that ED is related to hypomagnesemia in elderly patients with moderately to severely reduced kidney function".

"magnesium intake was inversely associated with arterial calcification, which may play a contributing role in magnesium's protective associations in stroke and fatal coronary heart disease".

"Magnesium has been shown to effectively prevent vascular calcification".

"Erectile dysfunction, which has been associated with mortality in the general population, is common in individuals on hemodialysis. It is significantly associated with an increased coronary artery calcification score".

"Literature support that vitamin-D is important for different systems of the human body including, but not limited to endocrine and immune systems, vasculature and endothelial function of the body. Male erectile function depends on many factors and can be perceived as a health indicator of the body. Epidemiological data have shown that vitamin-D deficiency is also associated with erectile dysfunction. In this review, our aim is to interpret the mechanisms by which vitamin-D might regulate anatomy and physiology of penis. Evidence showed that vitamin-D is needed for an adequate erectile function. Briefly, vitamin-D is crucial for a better healthy body and sexual activity".

"Hardening of arteries is due to the building up of plaque over many years. When people think about arterial plaque, most people think of LDL cholesterol. However, arterial plaque consists of 95% calcium, and only 5% cholesterol. Therefore, in order to prevent arterial plaque, that is, to prevent arteriosclerosis, it is reasonable to make our primary focus the prevention of arterial calcification, not the reduction of LDL cholesterol".
If your arteries do not calcify, plaque will not accumulate, and they will not harden, nor will they clog. Without clogged arteries, or arteriosclerosis, you are very unlikely to experience a heart attack or stroke. In addition, without arteriosclerosis, you eliminate the most common cause of chronic kidney disease, end stage renal failure, high blood pressure, and blindness. And if you are a man, without arteriosclerosis, you eliminate the most common cause of erectile dysfunction".
"Numerous animal studies have shown that vitamin K2 prevents and reverses arterial calcification. In the arteries and other soft tissues, vitamin K2 binds with matrix GLA protein, inhibiting calcium deposition, and causing the removal of excess calcium".
"In a study comparing MK-4 and MK-7, subjects were given a single dose of 420 mcg of MK-4 or MK-7. MK-4 was not detectable in the serum of any subject at any point in time. Whereas, MK-7 was well absorbed, and reached maximal serum level at 6 hours after intake. MK-7 was still detectable in the blood up to 48 hours after the initial dose, albeit at low levels. The subjects were also given a daily dose of 60 micrograms of MK-4 or MK-7 for seven days. Again, a rise in MK-4 levels was not detectable in any subject throughout the study period. However, 60 mcg of MK-7 significantly increased serum MK-7 levels in all subjects. This study showed that MK-7 is far more bioavailable than MK-4".

Posts: 113Run this by your doctor as I'm just a nerd from the internet that used himself as a test subject and have no medical training.
This stack increased my libido and erection frequency. It seems to be an interaction of some or all of them because I've taken just the vit d, multivitmin and fish oil and didn't have the same results. I was taking this stuff to recover from an intensive manual labor job and it did help but the other effects were quite noticeable and un-expected. I added in 20 mg of tadalfil on the weeked and I was going like a 22 year old insted of a 46 year old. At the time I started. The stack takes 2 or 3 weeks to kick in. Its not like a drug just supplemental to help things work like they should and decrease inflammation.
Fish Oil - 2 g per day.
Vitamin D - 5 K iu per day.
Magnesium Calm drink - 2 teaspoons a day before bed.
Alpha Lipoic Acid - 300 to 600 mg a day.
Acetyl L. Carnitine - 1/2 teaspoon from bulk powder.
L-glutamine - 1 teaspoon from bulk.
Vitamin Code Men Multivitamin per the lable instructions (4 caps a days. 2 in the morn and two in the evening).
If you got lots of disposable cash you might also try adding in DHEA at 150 to 200 mg a day for additional hormone support.
Also try eating hardboiled eggs (if the yolks are turning green you cooked out the nutrition) , 3 tablespoons of fortified nutritional yeast, 2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses and 2 to 3 tablespoons of chia seeds everyday. You get lots of trace nutrients, b-vitamins, choline and amino-acids from these items. The eggs also provide choline and healthy fats. Between the fish oil and the fat from the eggs you get the needed animal fats so your body can produce and regulate hormones properly.
Buy in bulk. I use vitamin shoppe, amazon and myprotein dot com to shop for bulk purchases, general sales and buy one get one half off or free or special offers. I end up getting like 3 months+ for about 150 if I time it right. You don't have to get it all at once. Just start collecting till have them all over a month or two then its just matter of buying more as you run out of the sales / special offers pop up.
