It worked a bit for me

I have used it, and it seemed to help slightly. My wife even noticed my flacid hang was a little longer one morning.

It is very expensive and if the $1200 is a lot of money to you, I wouldn't recommend it. If you'd pay anything for better erectile function, I would recommend it. I went through one session earlier this year, and thinking of signing up for a 2nd series.

Does this work? I doubt it please reply only if you have used it and it worked:

Ultrasound penile therapy is based on the delivery of ultrasound into the erectile tissue of the penile body. At certain frequencies and depth of penetration we achieve the purpose of enhancing blood supply. The arteries of the penis are reopened and there is encouragement for the formation of new arteries.

I wasn't sure at first if it was the Gainswave or the Pshot that gave better results, but I now know it was the Gainswave. The only down side to Gainswave is the frequent visits to the Doctor, 3 visits a week for 2 weeks. There's a machine that is suppose to be an home version called "Phoenix" but it runs $500-800 and I'm not sure if it really works. Gainswave gave my spontaneous / morning wood with no meds.

Vitamin K2 MK7 is extremely effective if your problem is clogged arteries. I was getting severe ED and symptoms of an impending heart attack. After taking just one bottle of vitamin K2 MK7 these problems slowly disappeared over the course of about three years. Now in my sixties my erections are like they were in my thirties. I'm starting to take zinc and vitamin D to try to improve the hormone side of things.

I stumbled onto Shockwave therapy ******** last year (shockwavefored). There's a guy who talks about his experiences, and runs a forum where other uses talk about their experiences, different machines, progress, blah blah blah. If you do get a home machine, be careful some online stores try to pawn ultrasound machines as SW machines.

The downside of this emerging tech is there's no consensus on how strong (mJ) the machine should be, how many pulses you do, and even the shape of the head of the device. The trials on clinical tests. Gov differ a lot, and I think the commercial ones have their own settings. It's a crapshoot. I went with low energy, high pulses, because I think going too hard (heh) can do more harm then good.

Details of my experience are. I have venous leakage, and the rough nature of shockwave is it won't really care that, but it may help a little. And that's what it did, but the results I got would fade after a few weeks of not doing it. I did low energy. Seen some people go nuts on the energy and do more harm then good. After a few days of treatments, I'd get more morning wood and slightly 'plumper' erections. I'd stop for a while, and that stuff would also fade.

I'm personally very wary of Coreswave and Gainswave, because they do a really good job of curating search results for them so its nothing but sunshine and puppies. It screams overhyped bullshit, but I think the technology has merit.

Other side note. If you have venous leakage, or know anything experimental beyond an implant, let me know what you've found. Most urologists have told me "tough shit", more or less.
Urologist say tough shit on venous leakage? They had to say that eh.

There seems to be some treatment for clogged arteries in persons with ED.

"Positive response rates were 60% of available subjects at the end of the study and 48% of the intent-to-treat population ".

"A shockwave is a wave of abrupt pressure (vibration movement) producing external pressure differences and increased temperature ".

Personally I have had some modest success with using vibrators. There is even an FDA approved vibrator for ED, though it is expensive and clumsy. A standard wand vibrator seems to work. Buy the most powerful one available, preferably with a rechargeable battery for convenience.

Shockwave therapy is supposed to remove plaque from the arteries of the penis to improve blood flow. I have used vitamin K2 MK7 to remove plaque from my whole body and have found it to improve erections dramatically, though it's a slow gradual process, not a quick fix.

Maybe a "a little" positive results for me. Not worth the expense for the pain as the results from GW. HC.

Results of Pulse therapy and other treatments

It's been a while since I posted this thread and wanted to come back and give an update. I know this site is about getting all the pussy you can, but I'm going to talk frankly about the issue of ED and my experience trying to find a treatment. I'm 50, not fat but am 12 lbs overweight according to a few of the medical charts, I don't work out much. No real medical issues other than cholesterol which is under control. Hopefully this is helpful to others out there having the same issue.

The initial 6 visits I posted about originally ended up being only having a minor effectiveness. It wasn't till recently that I went back to get more info and look for a solution once again. The best thing I did was to get a FULL blood work panel done. Although, I suspect there is still other tests that should be done. I am waiting to see an endo. But, my GP blood test showed low T, high estrodial (which kills your T) and very very low vitamin E. So, there are a number of factors that have an effect on the issues I'm facing and if you're in my shoes -- go to a real doctor, be honest and complete in what you are asking for.

Fast forward: I am 4 weeks into a new treatment that has given me positive results. Weekly shots of T, estrogen blocker pill and weekly (4 so far) pulse therapy. Prior to this treatment cycle I rarely had night time erections and no day time with out using Cialis. After 2 weeks of treatment I noticed I was getting erections every night (2-3/ night) plus a random one or two per day. I've also had sex with NO meds which I haven't done in years. IT wasn't the strongest erection but it got the job done and has given me hope that I'm on the right track.

The clinic has proposed PRP injections (P-shot) as another treatment to add and I'm considering it. Based on what I read there is little research on it's effectiveness for ED, but it is used in many other treatment options so I am likely going to do it.

Cost is a factor. The treatment above is $2 k and the PRP is another $2 k. That's 6 sessions of pulse wave therapy & Testosterone shots. PRP is 4 treatments, one month a part from each other.

Good luck to others reading this and looking for help. There are lots of facilities all over the US. Search for P-Shot, ED pulse wave therapy, etc. Look for reviews because one place locally is very unethical which I've confirmed with another person who used to work there.

Lastly, during my first visit they did an ultrasound to listen to the bloodflow around my penis. They also offered a trimix shot which basically goes into the base of your penis. It doesn't really hurt. With in about 6 minutes I had the hardest erection I've had since a teen. It was so hard that it was uncomfortable, made it odd to have my pants on as I walked out of the place and even after coming home and taking care of it, it still wouldn't go down. They had told me that if I was hard after 3 hours to come back. They had to do two more injections to get my erection to go away. So, if all else fails there is the option to have the injections, but they are $30/ each and not real convenient. But, I have to say after having issues the past several years it was nice to know that the plumbing was working. It was quite comical though that it wouldn't go away, not to mention the male nurse who had to hold it while they gave me the injection.

I had it done recently. All I noticed was a little thicker, and more veins showing. Somewhat better hard on, but still need the little blue pill to fully function like I want to.

Seem like alot of money for slight improvement.

Has anyone heard of this or have any experience with their treatment?

I thought what the heck, I'd give it a shot and had my first treatment today. It was interesting to say the least. If others are interested in my experience I will post more and give updates but right now I'm just looking for others who may have tried it.
I would like to know how the Gainswave treatment worked for you.
