Honestly, that price range seems like the appropriate current market value for the age range and hotness level you described. Any amount less and you're probably dealing with a girl who is new to the scene and hasn't realized her market value if she bears the characteristics you are seeking.

Early on in my hobbying days some 20+ years ago I had a full service provider at her hotel incall.
