Also question on the rates. What all are included with the standard 1-hr rate listed on the websites? Is it 2 shots or 1? And without the upgrade is it covered everything? Are there anything else included?

This is incorrect. There is a scenario where it continues to escalate, someone crosses the line, and the AMPs go into lockdown.
