I also noticed some indications of needle activity. Also, you never see her teeth (and hardly a smile) in any of the pictures. Perhaps she also needs some chemically-induced dental work as well.

Went to see Anna, looking rougher than normal. Has a new place it was much improved but unfortunately she wasn't. Still a good BBBJ but I don't think I'll be returning. Horrible skin condition.

If you think someone's income level or ability to pay is any indication of someone being clean or not, you are sadly mistaken. I know a lot of guys in this hobby. Some of them I know to be very clean because they have never allowed a girl to go bare on them, even for BJ. And they don't go paying 300 for a date. I also know guys who prefer bare and will pay a premium for it. These are the same guys who will not see a girl who doesn't go bare. So you tell me, how does income or the rate you pay indicate that a guy is going to be clean? The only true way to avoid it is to not see these girls. The next best way is to use protection.

I hear ya and your math is sound. The one thing I think your not including in your analysis is what the ratio of clean men that are well off and can support that donation and not.
