I was in Vegas last summer. I went to an apartment complex. Lower tier but not ghetto. It has two light skin Colombians. Both decent enough but nothing special. Risk is a personal assessment. For me, I've been considering it. If you are under 50 and are honest with yourself about your health status, I'd say go nuts. Just try to be aware of steering clear of the elderly for a little while after dipping in the Latina pool. If you have some health risks.
