I think it is total BS for an agency to not accept certain cancellations. This cancellation was done 5 hours before the mid-day appointment and it was due to testing positive for Covid. So, what agency would invite a Covid positive client to infect one of their providers? Obviously, Sesang could care less about the provider's heath. It only about their commission! So to the guys who think it's a good rule for agencies to practice this behavior, think about this. Cancellation occured 5 hours before appointment. No doubt the appointment time was easily filled. Sesang was nothing but rude demanding payment and also threatening to report to the 4 other agencies that "they work with". This behavior is absurd and foolish.
