It sounds like there are a lot of different setups and it's going to depend on that. The agencies I use keep a full day schedule so you cannot do this. Some other customer will book but the girl will not be able to let him in. What's the first guy going to do, hide in the closet.

The pictures of a woman in a bathroom posing is so photo shopped that whoever the girl it belongs to also altered it. Most women would not look like that. Perhaps a super model like woman WITH some photo editing but even then, if you got to squint hard and turn your head to the left, I would say it's safe to say it isn't her. The only one that strikes me as possible is the back shot. Enough to hide imperfections of the face or smooth out plastic surgery appearances. Shouldn't most of the responsibility of keeping discretion in this situation be more so on the providers part? Of course mongers will want to go the cheaper avenue, and a provider usually has multiple agencies / bookers anyway so they would equally take the liability.
