I think that the reason for all the confusion is that there have been too many kgals named Ava. Go to the monkey site and search out the following EMIDs.

Ava with short hair: EMID 425177. This was the one I saw and her attitude and service was terrible. You can read my review.

Ava in MDR: EMID 400634. The one getting good reviews.

Also there used to be another Ava whom I think was booked by M (or maybe J). She had great TER reviews but I believe she's been gone for a long time. Also, I can't find any pics of her. Maybe someone out there has a link to those pics. Anyway, I hope this might help clear things up.
