Things can vary depending on each individual but I've found Cialis to be much better. No side effects what so ever, very effective in results delivered, etc. I got headaches and flush with V.

So I tell him my problem with Flomax, the retro ejac, and he confirms it is a problem, so he's switches me to Cialis, and wants to check in a couple months to see if that did me any good.
Daily cialis will also have added effect of a stronger boner. The side effect, according to my urologist, is that you shoot a much smaller load. He said that freaks some guys out. I didn't end up going with the daily dose. I assume I'll be there in a few years.

New, new prescription

So I tell him my problem with Flomax, the retro ejac, and he confirms it is a problem, so he's switches me to Cialis, and wants to check in a couple months to see if that did me any good.
Then he gets to the 3rd options, Procedures. First, run a tool up my urethra, turn it on, it gets hot and burns away excessive prostate cells, freeing up the urethra to pee easier. Second option is much like the first, but uses hot steam to do the killing. Both of these options are very successful in opening you up, and both of them have years of data backing them up that they don't cause ED after several treatments. The number of treatments you get depends on how bad off you are. But, if you already suffer from ED, these procedures are not going to cure it. The best you can say is that it will do no further harm to your existing ED condition.
The procedure option can wait a while. For now, I'm just glad to be off the Flomax.

He prescribes Tamsulosin, trade name Flomax. I take four doses over four days, then I visited an AMP. Girls working it and I can't come. I tell her to keep trying and finally I shoot. Except, I don't shoot. No cum. She's as surprised as I am. I squeeze my dick and at the tip is just a little cum. Yet I felt it.
I go home and look up Tamsulosin Ejaculation. And I find out that it plays "an inhibitory role during the ejaculatory emission phase", and the cum ended up in my bladder. Also, it significantly reduces ejaculate.
Next week I have to report this to the doctor. Chances are he's going to want to stick a finger up my butt and feel the prostate, but not like my AMP girls do. And maybe he'll change my prescription once I explain to him I was jacking off and had my experience.
Do any of you guys have experience with this, and anything that can help me get my shot back? Thanks.

For example, if you tell your chiropractor that you hurt your back when you slipped and fell in a tavern parking lot, they must document that you use alcohol. That stays in your premanent record just like ED meds will. This article may open your eyes to what is really going on. https://www.verywellhealth.com/who-h...ecords-2615502.
This is not 100% true Obamacare required electronic medical records, many larger healthcare systems already had it, the Obamacare requirement was if you expect to get paid by the gov (medicare, fed employee, military etc) you needed to have everything electric which was meant to decrease "paperwork" caused by the old paper system and reduce payment times. Not every healthcare provider uses the same "system" so your primary care Dr and your specialist may not talk to each other and would have to request your records like old days. Since the online ED pill sites don't accept insurance, I doubt they are operating under the same medical records requirements.
GoodRx is still under HIPPA, people just don't understand the law and think it's broader than it really is. There is constant research done on medical records and prescription history but the penalties for violations are so severe providers, hospitals, pharmacies are very careful with the data and what data elements (patient identifiable data) are exposed to those requesting the data.

Back in the day. Long before there was GoodRx and long before we had generic C and V available, I bought from an Indian pharmacy since that was the only option if you didn't have an Rx from your Dr.
This place spam called me every week for over 10 years. Literally, for 10 fucking years they called me to "ask about my medications". They spoofed their # obviously, and I'd yell and threaten to murder them all if they called again but they kept calling, kept selling my # to others to call.

But the fact is, as good as the GoodRx thing is, you still have to cough up your I'd and home address. That's enough for many to shy away. I don't want my V or C usage history on any records, whether insurance company, local pharmacy, or GoodRx. Or some other marketer. I don't want mailings, showing my prodigious use of these medications, coming to my home, which I then need to 'splain.

Yikes, as a 59 y / o this sounds scary real to me. My ejaculate volume has been way lower lately and in fact I'm going to start taking lecithin again daily. Triple dose! Learned about this years ago and took it for a couple of years and my EJ quantity went up 3-4 fold. Stayed that way until recently, then boom. Drips! Apparently all the male porn stars take huge doses daily. Get the one made form Sunflower seeds, not soy! Soy promotes estrogen development and my man boob got bigger until I switched.

I also had a problem with peeing too often and my doctor also prescribed Flomax. He told me that it would also lower my BP. I was still peeing 3 or 4 times a night and he took me off Flomax and gave me a dirt cheap BP medication that worked on the BP and also helped with all the bathroom trips.

Cialis is also a medication used for enlarged prostate but is more popular as a recreational medication. Your MD may be able to order it for you. If you want insurance to pay for it you need to try and fail cheaper prostate medications first. You already failed Flomax.

I think it's called retrograde ejaculation where basically the semen goes backwards into your bladder. It's harmless but other than stop the tamsulosin I don't know of a way to fix it.
