For me these most definitely work. They are also certainly more than caffeine as I tend to get congested after using them and feel flush in the face. I think they are some blend of ginsing. You were right, my general physician wouldn't prescribe and instead referred me to a urologist.

My understanding is that Cialis is intended to be taken daily and ready to go when you are, that may be where / why it can build up in your system. Where Viagra is the 1 that is taken roughly 30 min before you are needing it to work. The 2 work a bit different and everybody's body will react different to each including how many times it will work in a day.

There is a post below Satriani about daily doses. Those are smaller doses and should work, but he can report back. I take a higher dose but take as needed with the understanding that I will have sex two days in a row or something close to that. I definitely notice an increase in the size of my dick when flaccid up to 4 days from the date I took the pill. From my experience it can last 36 hours, but it does vary from person to person. And yeah Cialis is nice in that it feels more natural, whereas with Viagra its harder hitting (but shorter lasting, only a few hours) and will make your cock very stiff.

Take the full dose for 36 hours. You should be good. I have found that I can go a second time in a day with Cialis but it takes me forever to cum the second time. Keep that in mind depending on your normal body rhythms. I have not gone three days in a row but have gone once a day two days in a row. Still the second time took a long time to cum.

Generics work fine. Been getting the generic Cialis (Tadalafil) for years now. Get the 20 mg so they can be cut in half. 30 pills for $23 bucks = 60 doses when cut in 1/2.

Weird how CVS and Walgreens are crazy high prices ($500+) but Kroger, Marianos, Jewel, Meijer are only $23.

Only downside I can think of is that the most they will write the script for is 30 pills with 1 refill. So you need to do the $40 Dr. Consult periodically. But the refill process is really easy online. The 60 pills (30 x2) give 120 doses when cut in half so that's a lot of fucking for under $1 a pop.
