Yohimbine has had that effect on me. It's not what it's intended for but I noticed when I was taking it I would finish faster. It's available at most supplement shops but make sure it's a good dose, I had some weak products in the past. I think supplement warehouse in Bolingbrook has a need selection.

I've recently started using the 30 milligram Blue Chews with awesome results.

Will moving up to the 45 milligram dosage improve the results I'm experiencing with the 30 milligram dosage?

So I decided to give Hims a try for a bit as I have been having some issues when whichever lady I see insists on condom use. I have only occasional issue without condoms.

I filled out the online Q's and got prescribed all online within hours. Decided to try the 8 Chewables per month based on the Cialis type med. First use I chopped one into 1/4's as I wanted to see how a little bit might effect me, I didn't have issue that session and would say it worked a little bit hard to tell really but I was able to get wood and do the deed. Following week with the next gal I took the remaining 3/4 of the first one I chopped up and it worked a bit better even but still seemed very natural. Following week with another gal I took a whole one and it seemed much like the previous week. It does seem to be working as I have been able to perform each time however I think it's working better on me as each week goes by I have not taken two yet which is the max they tell you to take over 24 hour period. I probably will now that my second month prescription has arrived. I have to say that I think one is working on me fine as the time goes by. Last weekend I took one an hour before a session and again had no issue at the session, and was harder than any of the previous weeks and also ended up with at least 3 additional unprovoked erections during the balance of that day which has been unusual for me for a long time. I think I may switch off the chewables as they are slightly more expensive and personally I don't like the taste of them at all. Not at all like a breath mint, very chalky and bitter taste to me and after the first use I have just been washing them down with water as fast as possible to try to avoid getting the taste in my mouth. To me they seem to be working at first as a mild enhancement but so far as time goes by slightly better each time although quite naturally seeming. Using them so far is just like I have taken 15 years off my age with the exception of the side effects which have been noticeable but very very minor, for me at least consisting of a very slight dry burning sensation in the nose when nose breathing later in the day due to dry nose, and a very light, tolerable, barely noticeable sinus headache.

For whatever reason, I can sometimes go an hour but can't finish. Need to increase sensitivity not decrease it. Suggestions?

In terms of holding back, I've found lidocaine cream helps, like aspercreme, stuff like that. A small squirt on the head and around the area helps me. And it's cheaper and more innocuous than special products for that purpose.

Boner pills don't help me with lasting longer, but they do help me get it back up, and the second time I can go as long as I like.

As for embarrassment with your doctor, they have very strong confidentiality laws, HIPAA, all that. I find it's best just to be straightforward and tell them what you need. My urologist is a woman. (She's not impressed.) She appreciates when I get to the point.

Nope. Hard type pills like this will last well past expiration dates. Drug companies will say otherwise as they want to keep pushing new pills out. V / C will last years past expiration date. Pound on, HC.

Nope. Hard type pills like this will last well past expiration dates. Drug companies will say otherwise as they want to keep pushing new pills out. V / C will last years past expiration date. Pound on, HC.

That's actually a good deal. I was using GoodRx - $50 for the Consult / Rx. But they would only give 20 of the 20 mg pills at a time and paid about $25 to fill it. It included 1 refill so 40 pills plus the $50 Consult = $100. But then I'd have to go through the entire process and hassle again with uploading I'd, verifying, etc.

So the 90 pills at once is great. I cut my 20 mg in half so 180 doses would last a long time!

I recently found out that Amazon has gotten in, not only the online pharmacy game but also the telehealth game. I was able to get a prescription for 90 x 20 mg tadalafil (generic for Cialis). I paid $35 for the appointment and $63 total for the 90 pills, no insurance required either!

The last time I got Cialis, I was told not to take Viagra for the next 48 hours, and vice versa. Don't remember if the concern was headaches, blood pressure too low or high, or what. Apparently you have had no issues?

I have not had any issues and have been doing this for the last year or so.

I used to sometimes get headaches a couple hours after taking the Viagra, but lately have not had any issues.

Hydration plays a huge factor in ED meds side effects IMO.

Taking 2. 5 mg of Cialis daily has worked great for me. It's always in your system so you don't have to plan ahead. It also has some other health benefits if you exercise regularly. I also take 4 k mg of fish oil daily and that really helps but if I cut myself I bleed for a long time.

This is what I do as well. I take 5 mg cialis (half a 10 mg pill) the night before any action. Then 50 mg viagra (half a 100 mg pill) 30-60 m before the action.
