What your saying is not exactly true. Pimps are calculated predators that prey on younger girls (all flavors) getting them hooked on crack and other drugs. They then proceed to use these girls for their own personal means through intimidation and physical abuse. I have seen this many times. These girls may have been abused and have had self esteem issues initially, but they were far from hopeless or brainless. If it wasn't for these girls these lazy individuals would probably have to actually work or live off the government as many do. It is the pimps that are hopeless not the women that they exploit. SWs do not need a pimps to make money. Pimps do need SW's to make money.

Poverty will always exist to some degree. Stop blaming others for all of your "peoples" problems and stop making these broad, ignorant generalizations. I am a mongerer that does care about poverty, particularly when it comes to children. I am a white man that does not drink coffee at Starbucks and I do not live in the suburbs. I NEVER had any breaks in my life. I busted my ass for everything that I got. There are plenty of opportunities in this country you just have to work hard and be proactive.

Good point, Bill. I guess any of us who are in sales are pimps. It's just that the product or service may be different than pimping out women.

Regarding your second point whether I would like to sell ass (women) for a living, I would have to think about that one for a minute. If prostitution was legal and I could get quality, drug-free girls to do it, I would probably give it a try. The demand is always there and it will never go out of style.

I certainly agree with Hoytota's comments RE pimps. They are the scourge of the earth, human garbage who live off others. We have seen them in action and know how brutal they can be to their SW's.

I have seen a black pimp in Baltimore, MD. catch one of his white girls and start slapping her around right there on the street. I don't know what she did to deserve her beating. I debated whether to get involved, but decided not to.

You have to ask yourself why SW's use pimps. They wouldn't exist unless they were filling some need. They serve as protectors, father figures, cop their drugs, bail them out of jail, get them customers, keep them safe from other pimps, and find places for them to live. For this arrangement, the SW's are willing to pay them.

Many of the girls in the Baltimore area have boyfriends who serve this role. It gives the girls more freedom. In turn, they take care of their boyfriends.

I would love to see prostitution legalized and regulated, but I will never see it happen in my lifetime.

Lookinforit, you make some very valid points. There wouldn't be pimps if there wasn't a need, real or perceived.

My guess, SW's get pimps primarily for two reasons: protection and drugs. There may be secondary reasons: father figure, looking for "love", boyfriend, take care of personal needs, and the like.

I can't argue with your point that Hugh Heffner is one big pimp. Who wouldn't like to trade places with him!!! He's fucking some of the best pussy around and these girls throw themselves at him for what they think he can do for them.

Not all the SW's you encounter are dumb bimbos. Several I have met are educated and see prostitution as an easy way to make a lot of tax-free money. Mister Luva, the first thing I would do if I was raised in despair and poverty is not blame society for my ills or expect someone to come to my rescue or play the pity game (i.e., feeling sorry for myself).

I would look for ways to get out of the slum ASAP. I would walk down to my nearest military recruiting station and sign up. The military today offers a lot of benefits, including educational ones. By joining up, I would get out of the slum immediately, have all my basic needs taken care of, and learn a trade or other skills which I can apply to civilian life when my enlistment is over.

The structure, discipline and self-esteem you develop in the military will help you accomplish a lot in later life. You have to take the first step.

From my own personal observations, pimps always are riding in pimped out cars and for some reason or another, like to hang around gas stations.

Around 3am, strippers stop by and fill up with gas and the pimps are always being so kind, caring and cordial. They are trying to sweet talk these girls into prostitution. You have to remember that when you see a pimp helping out a stripper filling up on her gas, he probably has been working on her for a couple of months.

The other day i saw these two pimps trying to run a sw off. In the pimps mind, she was on 'their' land and taking their money. I have never seen a pimp hit a sw, but i know that they abuse them verbally. To me, verbal abuse is way more effective then physical. You can only take so much mentally.
