I have always used the vanilla gift card. It's the one where you choose the denomination and I just put $90 on it. When I use it on the site I enter a fake name with the address and zip code of the CVS that I buy it from. At first I had an issue doing that. Then doing some digging I read that other people had trouble because of the zip code. One of the ways to fix it was registering it. So instead I just used the zip code from where it was purchased and never had trouble. Try that and see if it helps.
