Anyone ever meet & greet and just have a nice time, paid for the coffee or whatever, but nothing else came out of it and no other money lost? I've seen a few profiles saying they're interested in something leading to marriage, and one girl said her best friend just got engaged from the site, so she's also hoping to find a long term relationship. I have no plans on meeting up with ether of them.

I am sure you could find someone and they might be genuinely interested in you, but don't get married in CA. Community property state and divorce is half plus child support if you have any. I'm going through it at the moment and going to cost mid 6 figures. I've been on dates for lunch and dinner to gauge interest, but most seem to be interested in just talking. No money out of my pocket other than paying for the meal and time. I would never pay them in advance or just to meet like another poster mentioned that he doesn't pay until panties are off or after deed as another one had a runner. I've found that it takes too much of my time to coordinate on SA and have my regulars that offer GFE and are available with no games. I'll keep trying to find an ideal arrangement, but it is just a dream in my head at the moment. I can't wait to get the vaccine and travel again. I might try out Medellin in the future.

You really should get a burner number. Textfree and Google voice are both free options, though I personally avoid Google, as they are too good at connecting dots. If you give them a burner number, you can then sit back and see if they ask for cashapp or money in advance, in which case it is a scam for sure. If not then may be desperate - but they are notorious for robs.

In general, I tend to avoid the meet today types, as probably either scam or robs. However, I do talk to them, both to improve my knowledge base, and who knows, if there are no other red flags, you may have found a genuine girl who simply needs some assistance right away.

If it sounds to good to be true it likely is. What you have described here are common scams. Never give money before you meet and I don't pay until we are naked or after the deed. You learn the hardway in this game and you will be burned. Accept that as a risk. But try to protect yourself and limit your exposure. That's why I would never invite a new girl to my place. Be smart and be willing to walk away if it doesn't feel right. I have turned and walked a few times even after entering the room.
