I got the girl mentioned in the previous post down to 200, BBCIP with video but I have yet to pull the trigger as she sets off some alarms. I've had some success on there in the 14 months I've been on there (to inlcude upwards of 10 "unicorns") and a couple dozen others and have never offered more than 200. This is only my first post so I didn't want to dive in right away but I'm happy to share what has worked for me.
