I have been on SA for 2+ years now. During that whole time, my "initial conversion rate" or ICR has been consistently low. By ICR I mean the percentage of SBs who give a meaningful response to my initial outreach has been pretty low (don't have actual statistics). If I can get them to a M&G or first date, then things change dramatically, but that counts for nothing if they don't respond in the first place.

My low ICR did not matter initially. I found two keepers, and played with others as they came / went. But more recently, after my two keepers graduated / transferred, I struggled.
