Of course, for scammers even one dollar is better than nothing. Generally what I do in this case is to offer to come pick her up personally, if she refuses then she is a scammer for sure. I've seen so many scammers recently, getting tiring. But I also found many gems as well, so I still look on this site, just amazing.

I sort of figured this out.

As a test, I asked what sort of meeting she was up for. M&G, or real date. Answer was real date.

Given that, I then offered to pick her up as the easy solution. - No!

So, I strongly suspect "she" is s scam. Was also suspiciously easy. Wanted to meet right off, never asked for photos.

So, are there really scammers making the effort to scam $20 or whatever it is at a time for "Uber money"? And having no money but accepting gift cards, Venmo and Paypal is a big, big red flag to me. Of course she is also pretty and willing.
