This is a good question but it's tough to navigate. Some girls are escorts, some are down on their luck and some are looking for guysthat have a couple of bucks. This is a cross between a dating site and a market. Try and see what they want and sometimes they'll lead the conversation. Ask if they are interested in meeting for coffee to see if there is a spark. It's easier to work from a date to a transaction than vice-versa. If she wants money to meet, ask her what her PPM is and if she can host and be more upfront with it leading to the bedroom.
