Unless they explicitly logout, which only happens sometimes on the website and basically never on the phone, it shows them as logged in. It shows them as logged in for a quite a while after they close the website without explicitly logging out. Why? Because it's better business for SA to have it seem like there are more active people. If you are using SA to stalk the activity of someone, prepare to be disappointed. If they show up as logged in and claim they haven't been on for a few days, that's probably bullshit.
