I use a password protected site to save all of my pics and vids. It's called KeepSafe.

I can arrange them by city, date, or whatever. I pay a yearly fee (around $20) to keep it active. This keeps the pics and vids off of my phone and allows me to access them from anywhere. I stopped using thumb drives and SIM cards after one of my most precious cards inexplicably went bad. I lost everything! There are many cloud storage options out there including Google and Apple that offers free storage, but I like KeepSafe because it offers options such as a "break in attempt" notice where it takes a picture of the person as they try to access the app (that's if you put the app on your phone, but you don't have to, it's just easier). It also offers a fake login screen that will take you to a totally different photo album depending on which password you use. For instance, I've got a second photo album for all of my receipts for work. It' appears to be the only album on the site so if any prying eyes should ask about the app, I can simply show them my "receipt" album. Just an idea! Be safe!
