The LE in N. Dayton are cracking down agian. I thought I had a very safe place (it had worked well for 3 years now). But my luck ran out, and I almost got pinched. (Sorry, this is Thursday night). The BSW did get arrested, somehow I did not. It helped that they did not catch us mid act, and that the car was in motion at the time. Needless to say, Kdoc is retiring from the street scene. Just a warning to my fellow lurkers out there. Third, Fifth, and Xenia were bare, no one was on riverside and main was empty except for the one I picked up. Ironically enough, Main street was the only one where I didn't see LE anywhere. The LE is now routinely patroling every back alley and possible spot under the sun. If I had waited a few more seconds before trying to leave the safe spot I had, the LE would have driven by. Instead they stopped right in front of me and went through the usual LE ID check, pat down for weapons, questioning, etc. It was pretty scary, so I think I am retiring while I don't have a record.
