I found it, and when I drove by, the most horrible skank popped out. Maybe the wrong time of the day...who knows. Short North has been lacking for quite some time. With all the development I doubt it will every return to the glory days. Also my best recent expericences in that area have not been right on High Street. Back in the early fall and late summer, I ran into a few nice ones in the Neil and King Ave area.
